What grade is recommended

How much is needed

Lol is the sump plug similar to the suby location and how difficult is it to get to the oil filter

where you getting the oil from? just look in the booklet thing that most places have, it a car, anything oily will work lol

i love penzoil, would run it in my subby and in teh honda, brand dosnt matter, its all the same.

thickness, meh, get something moderitly priced lol

for oil and filter changes it should take around 4.8 litres

the filter location is little difficult if you dun have a hoist, the filter is located at the back of the engine which is on the lower part of the firewall where you have to slide under to see it. I've always used shell helix 10w 40 semi synthetic which seems to be ok, never had any problems.

note. this was on a euro r accord which i assume should be the same since they are both h22a.

Hondas of that age used Honda FEO oil, 10W-30.

If not sure, ring your nearest Honda dealer and ask them.

Filters easy to get to.

Just use GTX modern engine. $30 on sale at Repco at the mo.

I used to use that and never had a problem in my VtiR.

penrite 10w50. 4 years of 200-240kw through a non-sti v1 motor, it must be doing something right.
