only that if needed as for the rest inside its goes into the bin, if they actually copied the oem unit size for size but they come up with their own sizes that dont match anything else.

as above you get what you pay for and if thats your budget then suck it up when things go wrong.

They're running anti-lag and all sorts of shit, I'd be fairly confident in saying they run chinese turbos because they're much cheaper to replace when they sh!t themselves... any turbo is going to shit itself when you thrash it like they do. How many turbos do you think they go through in a season?

haha antilag and full boost through one or two corners isn't pushing the turbo the hardest out of the various motorsports :

You kids need to get out of the city once in a while and watch some dirty old rallying. ~150 odd km of full boost and antilag that melts an exhaust manifold and downpipe in two events. Or a marathon rally that lasts 7 or 8 days with ~150-250 km of full boost per day.

We used a Blouch TD05-16g that has lasted 2 marathon rally's and a season and a bit of rally sprints plus one or two normal rally's (has outlasted two downpipes and multiple up-pipes).

If I was in the market for a TD hybrid I'd be looking at some of the proven options from the states as our dollar is pretty good at the mo.

iv had car for bout 4 months and im not scared to drive it lol it blew the little pipe that comes off the turbo and seen the end of my 2bar boost gauge tht was fun. not sure how long it was on the car before i owned it

getting XX kw at XX psi doesn't really mean much without the rest of the story. at what rpm does it hit 1bar?

a VF30 will get 200kw at 15psi hitting 1bar at around 3500. I bet the dsr is around 4000rpm

Its a bigger turbo its going to come on boost bit later 1 Bar at 3700. The vf Will loose boost through rev range the dsr Will hold 18Psi right through to redline. Also my dyno is alot smoother than alot I've seen on here just my 2 cents my setup goes great beatn alot of other stis.

Don't know why people compare the boost of one turbo to another. It's apples and oranges. 16psi on a TD04 can't be compared to 16psi on a GT3071R. And just because a turbo can hold boost to redline doesn't mean it's not just blowing hot air. Best comparison is compressor map overlays.
