Anyone one know when the new Subaru Dealership on Railway Avenue, Lower Hutt is opening?

Is it a branch of Armstrong? They're dicks anyway. They've got one open across from Harvey Norman atm. They wouldn't sell me an oil filter cos it was the weekend. Are they retarded?

Yeah I physically went in they're like "oh nah...we don't sell parts on weekends" it's an oil filter for a subaru it's not rocket science

Toyota do it so why can't they?

Edit: My comment as to them being "dicks" is a general review based on many people's past experience, not just because they wouldn't sell me an oil filter one time

Yeah was thinking the workshop monkeys would have no idea how to use the simple parts system...its not uncommon though. Does sound a tad silly when you put it like that.

Never dealt with armstrong only sublab and winger.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Chch branch, but the wellington lot...not so much.

And in saying that I've had nothing but good service from

Lower hutt always dealt with Ian during the week and he's good

Sadly parts have hardly been open on a Sat morning since armstrongs took over. Only vehicle sales

There parts (simple as you say) systems arent that simple - logins etc only for parts staff

Do you really want a vehicle saleman looking up parts.. ohhh then you'd say " what a dick giving me the wrong parts" "should have told me to come back on Monday"

after dealing with chch branch. guy was helpful as took me out back to parts area an showed me some cool goodies and had a chat/joke around then charged me full retail for exhaust gaskets lol (but hey I needed them and had spent probably 15$ on petrol on trying my regular shops and at that point I just wanted that s*** done).

Systems are simple as but youre right workshop staff dont have log ins thats why I asked. Some people just arent computer literate too not sure why computers are so self explanatory.
