AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY-CUSTOM CANVAS,PHOTOBLOCKS, ETC

To CHCH members, have been toying with this idea so il put it out there, have done abit of photography and have the ability to get canvas and photo blocks etc done and made up, along with an ok ability at photoshop ( getting better all the time) so I'm going to offer automotive photography, want a photoshoot of your pride and joy along with a canvas etc for your wall give me a yell. Not sure of pricing yet but of course discount if your a cs member

Pricing would be

* cost of travel to and from location of your choice

* my time taking the photos- as many as you would want/ can fit into time slot

* cost of canvas/block/poster etc

*time spent photoshopping if any

Yeah but how many of them do "professional work". and how many are "happy snappers" with a flash harry camera.

In my book being a "pro" is not a big selling point.

Nor is photoshop competency.

Being able to take a decent photo is more important than adding gay effects to jazz up a photo.

A great photo won't need doctoring, at most a wee touchup in Lightroom.

I have done photoshoots already for a couple of places in chch mainly events nothing car related though well not professionally I'll take some in the next couple weeks and upload some I'm not saying I'm pro.I enjoy photography and cars so why not combine the two

TBH you will be pushing s*** up hill getting anyone to pay for you to take some photos for them. I enjoy photography and cars too, have taken heaps of photos of cars, but im nowhere near worthy of asking for money for them.

My advice is get out there, go to the meets, take photos at the meets, share them, enjoy them.
