I think most do the Evo running Gear into Mirage body. Havent seen a lot of Evo running gear in 2 door Lancers.

I know a guy here in Wangas has a Mirage Body with an Evo front cut. It looks amazing and was in NZPC in 2010 I think. Dustin is his name.

There\'s some 4WD mirages you can buy, 4G63 bits go straight into them effectively - hatches and the odd coupe, end up with a sub 1100kg evo, they\'re not uncommon - not HEAPS of them round but enough. There\'s one or two on TM for around the 9-12k mark normally.

Some retrofit the 4WD subframe into a 2WD one as well if they\'re feeling crafty

No real difference between mirage or lancer body - they share most parts other than some cosmetic stuff

No factory models tho

The mivec ones are FWD only - yeah that name rings a bell.

The 4WD ones are almost all auto 1500/1300 nana models, but mitsi\'s are pretty lego-ish when it comes to parts sharing. There\'s the early shape which fits evo 1-3 bits then later model ones which take the 4-9 motors.

Hell - I put an 1800 turbo into a fwd mirage just for laughs a while back, plug & play literally. Was planning on putting a TT V6 motor in it when that popped for lols

The 4wd ones in stock form go for dirt cheap, its like 2dr imprezas - more about whether you\'ve got the motivation (and budget) to do the swap & make it legal or not.
