Which Ipod lead to use in a BP???

Hi

Looking through the options for running a Ipod through my Bp\'s headunit.

Would prefer to fit an aftermarket headunit but not willing to spend the $900 for the fascia with the AC controls.

I realise the Ipod link go\'s into the 6 disc stacker plug so you cant use that any more (dont care about this).

Has any one got experience and which one would you recommend?

I fitted and ANYCAR to my Hilux ( the main unit is basically the same just the fly lead is different) it works well.

Not an ipod/phone/pad compatible one but works well on USB/SD/Bluetooth from my phone

I\'ve used both the Grom and Anycar units and find the Grom unit to provide better sound quality but thats just my experience, others may have had other experiences.

Did you use both of them on the same car Invisible???

Yeah I did, I had the Anycar first, then switched to the Grom one and find it much better. Both in my BP5

Another question.....do you have the blue tooth adaptor as well??? If so is it any good/worth buying?

I don\'t have the Bluetooth adapter, but I got the Aux adaptor instead and that works great. Not the same as a Bluetooth one but Aux suited my needs better.

Just installed the Grom Audio cable and blue tooth adaptor into my car....Fantastic result.

Works much better than I expected. Sound quality is great. Bluetooth works really well.

You don\'t loose the CD. I use the grom its brilliant!

When I got the unit I asked about the bluetooth option and they said it wasn\'t available here yet? has anyone heard different?

I have installed several of these now. Work great. In the future if your after one get hold of me, I\'ll do special club member pricing
