STi Blue & Black Bucket seats into a Legacy?

Hey guys, just wanted to know if anyone knew if STi Blue & Black

bucket seats from a 04 Wrx would fit into a 2002 Legacy BH5? Has

anyone ever fitted them before? & I\'m guessing the rails would have

to be modified or changed. Thanks.

You will need driver side rails if you have an electric seat in the Leggy

yeah I do have that electric thingy on my drivers seat.

any places on getting a driver side rail bro?

Mine was electric all you do is leave plug unplugged and the wrx seat can be adjusted manually

swapping them into the older legacies can be interesting, as they sit a bit higher. but into the newer legacies they seem to fit nicely.

all the bolt mountings (up to v10 iirc) are like lego... everything swaps in to everything

Wanted some STI buckets in my wagon too, even found some colour matching seats - V9 STI Spec C RA-R, black cloth/suede. Put them in, drove for a week and then sold them - you sit too bloody high, even at the lowest position, passenger\'s side is even higher ;D Never regretted the sale.

Hell Id get lower rails or custom them or something to make them work lol.

as it being black. how much did you sell them for when you sold them?

Something around $400, another thing I noticed was that BH seats are of much better quality.

BTW aren\'t your fronts equipped with side airbags?

during winter, hot az during summer lols & nah I haven\'t

got the air bags on the side of my seats.

oopz! just checked my seats, they do have SRS AIR BAGS!

lols just seemed to see the little patch thingy on the side there.

They need a certification to be removed; and only if the car is old enough. it\'s likely the airbag light will come on if the seats aren\'t there.

Obviously the light would go on. Sort that and tuck wiring under the carpet how would they know?
