WOF !!! seat belt help

Hi. Today I failed my WOF as drivers side seat belt was frayed not torn or hanging by a thread but ever slightly frayed. Can anyone help I own a 99 B4 Legacy. What model legacys seat belts will fit with one another? Or does anyone know where a B4 is being wrecked. I will check Trademe later on. I have checked with a few subaru wreckers $195 the cheapest I could find.

Depends on how bad it is, you may be able to do the Lighter trick to the belt to clean it up.

Not now they have listed it he won't be able to.

Repco have seatbelts for about $100. Super cheap probably does as well.

B4 probably has a pretensioner though. That will be why a secondhand from a wrecker will be $195.

If you do go secondhand, make sure you can unreel the whole belt and check it for any damage.

Firstly second hand Belts are not actually Legal but if u can get away with it Ok

secondly make sure the belts are from non accident car

You can send belts away and have them re-webbed too.

There is a prefacelift turbo BH5 Legacy at Takanini Pickapart as of yesterday, and a prefacelift non-turbo BH5 Legacy at Mangere pickapart in a similar condition. Try your luck there if you can, or bribe someone from CS to go there for ya They are very, very cheap from Pickapart.

pick a parts real cheap if it fits in the ol pocket, im sure you'd be able to squezze a couple in there

Yo Smurff, which end? the Takanini one lacks bumpers, guards and glass (oh, and bonnet too) but the Mangere one...can't remember. Reuben will though
