So when your house has 4 people in it stelaing all your shit and the police turn up 15 minutes late because they didn't run any red lights, didn't speed and pulled over to take a cell call regarding the crime.

Your going to complain like a fuck then too.

Thing is unless you are in their car.....you dont know if it is a personal call or not

Detectives use cell phones to keep the crims from listening in on scanners.
