And actually not too cold, it's probably hovering around 2-3º now, snows melting pretty quick (i've only been here 3-4 weeks, and im pretty used to it already). It's definitely a new thing for a sheltered Aucklander like myself though!

Yeah, work at Scenic suites/heartland hotel (used to be called Scenic Circle). I'm on Melbourne street, parallel to stanley street, the main road into town.

Snows all melted btw, it melted by the afternoon. Oh well, the ski fields will be loving it anyway.
