Haha okay then *removes foot from mouth*

Yes I know they are a lot cheaper, but they don't last nearly as long as platinum's / iridiums?

I'd much rather not have to change plugs every 20,000kms. But if you run a race / dedicated track car, then it's quite possible that your engine will come out at least once during that timeframe anyway, so it's easy changing plugs when that happens.

Yeah I thought that would be most peoples reason to use platinum/iridium plugs in a Subaru as they last longer so that means you dont have to go through the chore of changing them regularly.

Fortunatly my engine bay has a lot more free space than a standard car so it only take about 10 minutes to change my plugs so not a big issue to replace them regularly hence the reason I use coppers.

We sell copper spark plugs 99% of the time and we run them in almost all of our high performance or standard cars.

I'm happy to sell iridiums or platinums if people want them.

The service packages on trademe are just a listing I made a while ago as a tester. never sold one so far and when I get around to it I will remove it and make some new exciting listings.

Personally i prefer to change my plugs more often, Gives you an idea of how the engine is running and also you don't have to worry about the iridium tip getting knocked off etc.

Scoobydoo, with copppers you change them more like every 5-10000kms in most cases

In the end it depends what u want to do.

A platinum will last approx 10x that of a copper plug. Multiple a copper plug by 10 to get the true price comparison.

Whats the price of coppers ? Been years since i bought some plugs.

So if you going to have your car for a long time and do a few km's they work out cheaper in the long run.

If your not doing many km's or not keeping the car etc then the copper plug is a good option.

Even on a std GC8 changing plugs is pretty easy. 30mins

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
