Purchasing advice please!

Hi,

I'm looking at buying a second hand legacy. My '92 GT needs updating!

Currently looking at 2 options,

1) 2007 GTB Legacy - 6-speed manual done 67,000k (imported w 2000k done, regularly serviced etc)

or

2) 2005 GTB Legacy - 5 speed manual done 58,000k (NZ New). Leather interior.

I'm having trouble deciding, does anyone out there have any advice?

personally wud go for the 07 as its newer and has the 6 speed yumyum

07 version is quite nice.also having the 6speed would also be nice too

2007 but maybe take it to STM or another tuner and make sure its not set up to run on 100 octane

I'd be tempted with the 05

04/05 and 06/07 are all BL / BP but the later is facelift

when it is time to upgrade (and that time will come) the later model will be worth more.

Thanks for the advice! I've bought the 2007, drives very nice. Pretty fun in the sports sharp setting on the SI drive.

They're STI exhausts, were put on by previous owner.

My plans for it include:

- tinting front windows

- upgrading audio system (factory stereo in it)

- possibly changing wheels when I have enough cash
