RCS splits are as little as $4.95 each...

or you could get the cable version ones such as what Fusion had in '05 or indeed many of the amp company's have...

how is the sound quality on these units?

have seen a few cheap ones in the past and the sound was very flat and the equlizer lade it worse in some cases

i had one a while back and the sub sounded horrible aand the quality of the trebble was bleedingly bad..

anyway, thats was few years ago

most 2 channel amps have a switch to make it mono so you can bridge them.

purchased one of these myself and then ended up sending it back. i brought one to see if they were a good deal to sell my customers for installs but..... sound quality was horrible compared to any other unit i have owned. i now have a pioneer dvd4350 cost a bit but my god it is the best sound i have ever had come out of a unit. the problem with the mounting of your head unit is an easy fix you need to take the cradle out and pull the unit forward about 10mm. The unit will be pulled out slightly from the surround but at least the unit will then fold all the way back in and come out nice and easy. You will also not break anything every time the car starts and turns off. The little plastic cog wheels dont stand up for much on the cheaper units. if any one needs any advice or parts for audio install give me a yell. i have plenty of parts and can sorce wat ever you need
