Exhaust Brands

Hi guys,

Getting a new CBE for my 02 STi Wagon.

Just wondered if anyone had heard good or bad things re the following brands:

Cobb

Perrin

Magnaflow

They are the cheapest options at the moment being out of America with our high dollar.

In particular the exhausts listed here:

Have only heard good things through us based forester forums...

Looked at hks? Their super silent's i personally quite like

Don't get a Rage branded muffler. (Personally think they sound gayyyy)

Looked into going custom ? Can have it how u want it and more than likely cheaper

I've got one of their 3" downpipes, seemed like quite a nice item apart from the flange being on the wrong angle for standard mid-pipe bolt-up... and having to drill out the hole for the O2 sensor. But for what they cost they're pretty decent.

Had a 4inch tip on my skyline... Few of my mates back in the day had full systems... If you want LOUD then go for it...

Anyway back to my original post what do you think of the brands I listed - I already know rage isnt great lol.
