As above, Have no codes logged, On a normal twin turbo engine you feel the primary boost then secondary boost how ever I fell none of that as stated its gutless, "97 auto gtb"

i have seen a collapsed exhaust do this, also check the variable rear muffler is opening.

you wouldn't see it from the outside, unless he means the muffler, grab a torch.

i've also seen a catalytic converter wear out and rotate within the exhaust, oldschool leone/omega though, not sure it happens on the 1990+ cars

could be a seized primary turbo?

all speculation, you need to find someone with some mechanical experience to diag it

turbos are good they only have 68,000 ks on them ! if I disconnected the exhaust by where the down pipes meet would it affect the way it goes? cause that way I could rule out the collapsed exhaust idea ?

Try and borrow an air flow meter, put it on and take it for a drive. AFM code will only come up if ECU isn't getting readings outside certain parameters. Also there are history fault codes and current codes. If you look up the history codes it may have logged one at some stage and give you an idea of where to start.

Yes this could work, also get under and hit your catalytic converter with our hand and if it rattles it could have rotated around and blocked the exhaust like kamineko said.

When I drove it just before I had it in second and at about 6000 rpm it hit boost think the secondary turbo kicked in but I guess if I had of left my foot hard down it may have boosted in 3rd too no sure tho but no boost in 1st only near the red line in second it boost if thats any help?

update: when the exhaust is disconnected where the two down pipes meet its loud as shit, put just the center pipe on its goes quiet and then put my big bore muffler on which btw is huge it goes quieter again, what i'm getting at is iv'e heard legacy's the same as mine with axle back exhausts and they are way louder than mine so i'm thinking maybe the center pipe could have collapsed ??? causing to much back pressure hence the huge power loss it now has and restricting the flow causing the quiet sound ???

vac line 1 & 21 were round the wrong way, had 21 on the ic valve and 1 connected to the ic
