Wellington ClubSub Dyno Day - 11th August 2012 @ STM

All right guys, the Wellington ClubSub Dyno day has now been confirmed!

Date: Saturday 11th August 2012

Time: 9am - ~3pm

Location: STM (Speedtech Motorsport)

Dyno: Dynapack 4WD Hub Dyno

Address: Unit 7, 115 Gracefield Road, Gracefield, Lower Hutt 5010

Pricing:

$50 for 2WD

$100 for 4WD

$10 extra if you want Air/Fuel Ratio

There will be a limit of TEN 4WD cars due to the extra time and effort these require getting on and off the dyno. We can also chuck on a few 2WD cars on top of this limit, which will be limited to three at this stage. As such, a non-refundable payment is required in advance to secure your spot.

If you need to drop out and want a refund, you will need to sort out someone else to take your place.

You will also have to agree to an indemnity form – ie. If your car decides to eat a bearing on the dyno, no responsibility accepted by STM.

There will be a break at approximately midday for lunch – STM have a BBQ on site so any spectators are welcome to come out to watch the goings on and cook meat.

STM have come to the party with some prizes (T-shirts etc), so there will be a prize giving at the end of the day.

2. I will email you a copy of STM's indemnity form. You can either fill this out, scan it and email it back to me (easier if you could do this) otherwise just fill it out and bring it along on the day - just make sure you remember it so we can get everything running smoothly.

3. Payment.

After you receive a reply PM from me confirming your entry, you can make payment. Pricing is in the post above.
