soap is soap it all cleans your car at the end of the day, the silly woman from meguiars tried to tell me their car wash has additives that change the ph level in the water and does a better job than any thing else, don\'t think she knows that soap is a alkaline and will change the ph level with out any additives :

that\'s why you use a spray wax / quick detailer works a treat!

from someone who has a paint job worth looking after i\'m happy to pay $150 for my car to be polished by a pro with a buffer maybe once a year if needed.

I then like to wash it at least once a week so i don\'t have to scrub so hard when washing it then its dried.

I\'d never just use soap an water or dish washing liquid you can say goodbye to your clear coat an any polish you\'ve applied.

Missed this, ECL Group, we fix fuel bowsers /car washes amongst other things , for most of the country.
