Weight difference means jack unless its a race car. Everyones a different size and adding passengers/fuel or woofers would offset weight anyway.

Less seat throw half the time just means it doesn't try to sit the back bumper on the ground cause the shocks arent shot, the less of a kick coming on boost is cause it doesn't have a massive hole while off boost, and raw experience bollocks is just cause the older car is tinny and you can hear everything more than the new one

You can make a car feel slower just by smoothing the power curve out, putting decent suspension in and making it silent

This is pretty much the same as I feel. Try using some of the facebook pages with the tools on there claiming this and that abot how the early cars are way faster bro ect ect. Grinds my gears. If it weren't for the sweet bargains I wouldn't be on there haha

I notice the extra weight (and girth) on a lot new cars.

They generally feel tardier to get to speed and less keen to change direction.

Im talking the 25-75kg differences on same chassis models. Like gsr vs evo and ra vs wrx not gc8 vs v11.
