Hi people November the 9th is fully booked, yeah after only 6 days we are booked out, we are trying to get another day and will keep you posted. We have people entering the 30th fast as well.

i moved mine to the 10th haha :P and daniel and ainsley are also coming . dan may be bringing a r32 gtr if all goes well. will see i guess

I walked the track on Sunday and you really can’t compare it with anywhere in this country, it has hills and they are a lot steeper than they look (mind you I am not the fittest). Also that hairpin closest to the apartments on the infield, there is a short straight (maybe 160Ks) up hill and over a blind crest with about 50 meters till you are right in the middle of the hairpin, very hard to get your braking point sorted on that one. That should be the best viewing point for the spectators.

The whole track is brilliant, very fast, very tight, lots of hills and dips also good camber on the corners. Bad points run off area’s maybe a bit small but hard to tell as construction still in progress, the Armco is track side in places.

The first day there will only be the start of a very long process of learning a new bit of concrete to go for a skid on

well.. my beginners mistake was to be aggressive. my new r888's got too hot. set yourself up for the corner and load them up. just turning in will net an overheated tyre and less grip ~in my experience..

wish i could be up there as well.. hope you all have fun!

Thats good advice. The grip is different to running on road tyres and should follow the mantra of "slow is smooth and smooth is fast......."

i.e. no sudden movements.

+1 as above, I destroyed my lip at my last trackday and almost rolled from not following the smoothe is fast philosophy with my also new set of R888's. Caused my rear end to step out and I was a passenger the rest of the way.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
