Did it used to boost ok and has slowly degraded??

the lst guy that had the car said when he got it it was 12 and 15 on factory ecu and then he beb'd it and he got 10 and 15 and now when i have it with factory and prova ecu (increased boost 14 17 ish??) i am getting 7-8 and 10-11 now

when i got the car with the 2nd beb the guy b4 me had when i got rebuild on my motor the turbos that were on car were checked and had minimal play and the and i changed to a vf27 on secondary which had less play than the vf19 that was fitted

i can see why subaru went back to single turbo lol y u ask if it was slowly degrading?

any1 else have any ideas i will try the bovs in the weekend and see how that goes

A slow degrade points to a leak getting worse, like a perished BOV diaphragm or vac/boost hose. A sudden drop would be something like a turbo or a control solenoid.

oh true how do you do that? i have done the one with the black plugs and nothing and then reset with the green and the black connected how do you do the test/check your talking about ?

Plug just the greens in and go for a drive. It will start flashing codes after a few minutes.

if something is wrong? hwo does it work?

you plug the green in and drive

how far? fast? do you drive it hard?

what it meant to do it everything is ok ?

and if its not what happens

If all is good it just flashes steadily.

If there's a fault it drops the engine out at the first set of lights you stop at.

Just note down the codes and do the usual testing/swapping/replacement.

Then clear memory and redo green test drive (called a D check).

ok i did that connected the 2 greens and drove for about 30secs and got constant flashes on the cel light so turned off and disconnected it

arounnd 4-5degress at the moment here and got 13psi so i dont know

i think you plug in the black plugs only, then flick to "on" and the car will start making lots of weird noises lol.

You will most likely need someone who knows what to look for to check it tho.

it makes all the TT parts work, actuators move etc. cant tell you what to look for because i don't know

plug green ones in

go for a drive

give it abit of stick, dont drive like a nana

then it should start reading codes ifsomething is wrong

yea i tried both i only just got out of the car park and then it started blinking at me so only just got a chance to get 2nd gear i did once before going average speed

still no codes just the consistent blinking

so there is nothing wrong then? it should be boosting alot more than what i have maybe the boost gauge is faulty its an autometer with the white nylon tube maybe i have a kink that would cause it not to read properly right?

All sensors are within expected parameters. That doesn't mean nothing is wrong. You really need to have it looked at by someone who knows them and has access to a good scan tool.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
