1996 WRX fuel consumption .

been a while since I filled it tbh, might be 50 but think it was like 42l a fill so assumed it was 45

I thought 90s WRX were 50L tank... or was that just the Type-RA?

Indicated empty isn't usually very accurate anyway, my BH5 GTB has a 64L tank and the fuel light comes on at about 52L gone (12L remaining), fuel light with 5-10L left is pretty common too I think.

i know that my bd5 has a 50lite tank, usually costs anywhere from 90-100 to completely fill when fuel lights on and im pretty sure rs/gtb have 60litre tanks

BD/BG have 60L tanks, BE/BH have 64L.

my 95 BG was $100 to fill with 98 (esentially the engine in this is a 97 WRX STI)

went to Hanmer Srpings which is a 688km round trip (From Timaru), used $150 worth of fuel all up which was bang on 75 Litres. Had no kids or wife in the car so there was an element of hero factor driving ;D

I am monitoring around town driving efficency at the moment.

didnt have to, its was my step moms 60th b-day, the beer was all supplied and flowing like wine haha ;D

Factory service manual states 60L for BC turbo and non-turbo models. Think the most I've ever put into it was about 48L though and it was coughing on its way into the fuel station.
