is it just me or are the current stis on TM currently way way over priced!!

All I see is modified an obviously thrashed cars with 150kms + on the cars in what I would consider average if not untidy condition for 8k + !!!! Worn seats lowered springs ciggy burns paint scratches an ugly badly painted body kits seem to be the trend now days...

I'm in the market for a coupe but at these prices im not going to bother its not even worth it... Was thinking about doing the full rebuild thing with a non turbo coupe but they are pretty hard to find an even then IMO over priced to...

people need to stop "trying" to mod cars honestly they look terrible

I just want a stock standard sti coupe or a non turbo coupe have a look on there, basically saw about 2-3 cars that were in stock condition an they want almost 13k for the cheapest one! you can get a bugeye sti for that!

I was actually considering a nonturbo an then chuck some big sway bars an some nice wheels/brakes suspension setup, but I dunno how bad I want the boost feeling.... and at the same time 700$ for third party fire n theft is something I need to consider lol

this is only stage 1 of my master plan... but I gota get the wheels in motion....

really really really wish id brought that non turbo coupe from aucks 1year ago for 2k >.<

You could have a look at my car, a 97 ver4 typeR. Look on Tm (#369647915) Well maintained, oil changed every 5k, stock motor ( but has had rebuild from one of previous owners) I have had it for nearly 5 years now and enjoyed every day of driving it. I would rate it as one of the tidiest examples round where I live.

that black things been on there for some time, and all he wants is a rolling body to switch all his gear into not a whole new car. i still say that u should get a BC or BF and do the transfer, they are light shells to begin with, why do u think so many of the guys on here now are using them for track cars including myself, the type r is only looks. yes they are slightly stronger but if u put a cage in a bc u wont have any issues at all. but i knw that u have been on the hunt for along time for this so i wish u the best

it has nothing to do with performance dacerx this car probably wont get a huge amount of track use but maybe a couple fun days here an there.

oh an i sold my sti a while back ... I'l have to find myself a crashed sti of some description

theres no rush in the end gota do things right

p.s - pretty sure i've found what im looking for but will see how it plays out an if all goes well in a couple weeks il post some info up
