Courier compny wont touch it unless you have massvie proof. If it was track packed theres probably insurance for it but its always reverted back to the sender.

Id name and shame them and keep hassling them for a refund. Once you get the refund send the s*** back or keep it anyway.

realistically its not worth the hassle. Lets say they seller will give you a FULL refund. you'll get a huge $31 back minus shipping it here and back. The the amount of time it will take you to send it back lets say it only takes you 30mins(unlikely ever been to nz post shop lately? plus 12$ shipping + petrol to get to the shop. thats almost the cost of the item by the time you add in your time. I do understand your pain I've been there many a times, send the trader a well worded email reminding them of there obligation to describe items properly an be done with it. You can leave bad feedback but shit the amount of times people have left bad feedbakc just to be a cunt its just not worth damaging your trademe rep

Sly, the kit was listed and described as a BRAND NEW GDB PIPING KIT. pretty clear.

What i reckoned is it sold to cheap and they sent me some random pipes and claim the courier lost parts out of the box
