hey man thats a nice example of a v7.hard to come across in this condition but to be honest comparing that to others on trademe and todays market you would want to price that around 15-18k some will say thats still abit steep and now days you can pick up a v8 for with those kms for 19-20k...japanese cars older than 10 years lose half there value i reckon.say you purchased it new for 26k in 2001-02 now its worth round 14k.same goes for a honda civic haha..i think more original and classic models hold there value the most.like spec c or ra r even still after 10 they would lose alot of $$$..to answer your question i think your a dream haha just lower it 1k

The market seems to be changing as less jap cars are coming in... but I still think it\'s a buyers market currently... six months ago

when i was looking for a new car... 16k seemed to be the going rate for a v7...

$16k would have got my old v6 from a well known European dealer.

Only thing i can say about the auction is that if you want a new shape hiace make sure that u get one as the old shape was made thru to about 2010

KDH is the diesel version of the new shape vans ( most newish imports are petrol now)

Ha, saw you this morning cross in front of me on anzac drive. really nice car, you need to get some better photos done cause those ones dont do it justice.

Price i have no idea, subarus are a b!tch to onsell - dirt cheap or on the high side its just a matter of finding a buyer, theres no shortage of them for sale thats for sure.

I had a lot of problems selling my V7 RA Spec C over a year ago, with a lot more rare parts and power than your car, similar mileage and well maintained. Unfortunately you\'ll really struggle to get $18k for your car, $15k would be a much more reasonable expectation IMHO and you may even have to be prepared to accept lower.

You lost me... I didn\'t pay 16k for mine if that\'s what you mean? though I did pay a lot more than most... but worth

it for a completely stock Type R imo.

Armstrongs Prestige had mine on their yard for $18k.

Some random in Welly got it for $15.5k

I got nowhere near that

I think it\'s a little steep... I paid $16k for my V7 almost 3 years ago, and it had under 100k on it. But if you can get 18k, more power to you

Little on the steep side IMO, however I have known people to buy v7\'s for higher price from Car Dealers acting on impulse . if you are in no rush just keep at it whilst lowering it down bit by bit til u get a bite or two.
