Well to start off, I trimmed the grille bars out and put mesh in, then I got a recycled piece

Of rubber stuff 3mm, and used self tappers to secure the big aero skirt. I dub the style:

Kiwi ingenuity meets RWB style meets Mr Plow. LOL!

Nice. How rigid is your skirt? Is it conveyor belt material with the canvas core, or straight rubber?

Appears to be just rubber. I plan to use my GoPro to see how it behaves at highway speed,

And ill add alloy braces as required. That reminds me, I made alloy strut braces last week if anyone\'s interested in a little write up about them.

Well road test results are in, achieved 600km from a 25L tank of 98

Previous personal best (no mods) was 500km

5L/100km down to 4.1L/100km

So I\'ve managed a 20% increase in efficiency, and with more simple \'eco-mods\'in the pipeline, I\'ll be moving into "f**k you and your Prius" territory in no time ;D
