GC8 Dry Sump

Hi, anyone here running a dry sump setup on a GC8?

Just started looking at options and found a couple of kits but wandering if anyone has any advice or comments/recommendations for any particular setup

Cosworth kit is one i found for gc8 thats a bolt on type kit. Im guessing some people might fab/make there own kits to suit to save money im not sure

Yeah thats the other kit i was looking at. But needed to check clearance from headers for that kit

There's a v7 with a dry sump in Wellington, built by a guy called Wade Noedl, who might be willing to give you some advice.

He works at Diesel and Turbo in Petone (or at least did a little while ago) if you want to try and get hold of him.

EDIT: 99% sure he was using an Armstrong drysump setup.

I thought the Macbilt car was already drysumped?

Dailey Engineering do a nice set-up for the EJ20: http://www.daileyengineering.com/subaru_ej_4_cylinder.htm . Its not a full "kit" as such - will still require a tank, lines, and filters. He will ship to NZ and pricing is quite reasonable (last time I spoke to him anyway - last year).

No, that's the car Al pointed at when I asked how good their baffled sump was.

Yeah not drysump. Its after market though and built by macbilt as far as im aware. Will be up for grabs too.
