what mods do you have lined up during xmas break.

i am going to attempt to

fit new smoked stepper boost gauge.

fit boost controller. set to 14psi.

fix my second gear syncro.

convert to RWD and fit a locked rear diff.

so my xmas will be full of naughty words as this helps when working on subarus.

Pulling my 3rd car apart. New gearbox, rebuilt engine, and a few necessities...like an intercooler, power steer pump and exhaust MIGHT do a new turbo, as the TD04 > dead VF10.

I would have liked to repair my oil pump seal, secure one of the exhaust heat shields and replace the rear diff bushes but I'm going to be too busy these holidays.

i have quite a bit lined up, replace my fuel lines with my shiny new blue ones, finish installing my apexi avcr, have my replacement front guard painted, weld up a secondary driveshaft loop, take it in to cuddas at robbies exhausts and get them to plumb my wastegate, then off to chch where hopefully another member is going to give it a tune, and thats just the bc5....

got warrent, flew through. got reminded that cars almost hitting 200,000km

no upgrades or mods

maybe repairs as the RX shat its heater fan motor which toasted something else(new motor no go while plugged in)

And maybe just maybe do some work on the Brumby

yea i would be keen to bring it to mega meet, what dates is it again? Wouldnt do to much track work tho just in case i break something, would suck having to get a broken car all the way back to ashburton haha, unless i tow it all the way up and back again on a trailer. Oh yea also gota visit the cert man after driveshaft loop etc is done

that sounds easy lol gearboxs only take 4 hours for me but i have done it 4 times in the last 3-4 months

just CBF to be honest....both BC and BF manuals, I avoid autos like the plauge always seem to have probs with them...you need any parts shale....got a facelift bc, leather interior (pretty munted) it does have some cool chrome subaru labeled bits...um how to describe this....its like a kick panel and when the door is closed you cant see it, like a step hahaha. i'll get some photos later...will throw some pics up of the dub...

Aside from a steering wheel not much in the way of stuff I need for the new BC.

Sure something will rear its ugly head though We kept breaking things today because the engine is a bloody virgin. Fuel pump is not getting any power...unsure as to why.
