Well according to Mr Subaru, i should have 216hp at the engine. I Actually have 175hp at the wheels. So through drivetrain loss and 150,000km of abuse - i lost 42hp which is a 24% loss. So assuming Mr Subaru agrees you should have 150hp, I suspect the actual figure will be closer to 120hp at the wheels based on the assumption that both drivetrains are similar.
Shale = ~120hp
Jasons old 80's carbed civic = ~110hp
Now lets talk about power to weight. Lets assume your Impreza weighs about 1300kg. This gives you a power to weight of 10.8kg per hp. My wagon weighs in at 1700kg and has 175hp = 9.7kg per hp. I believe those early civics weigh in at around 1000kg, so have an approximate power to weight of 9.1kg per hp.
So as we can see kids, what tires you put on for mega-meet is completely irrelevant because our cars are slow turds and no amount of rubber fantasizing is going to make them go faster when they can barely outpace nankangs. Your brakes will catch fire and you will die before, or your big end bearings will self destruct before your street tires let you down.
