Since there's so much flexing and strutting going on in here.
I somehow think there'll be some catching up happening - but the idea here is to better one's health and fitness, push oneself...not become a gym buff or athlete.
And the above is why some of us will go for a run around Waiatarua with the Pukekos before class, once we get really good

The personal training is for strength and toning. The park is going to be for stamina and fitness

At the end of the day this is group personal training, not a smelly men's gym.
