Depending on what i can get for it i might just flog it off, and I may think about piking up Jasons V8 spec C... will see how it pans out.

Clarification

Crank key split in two and sprocket / pulley and crank damaged !

Hence engine suffering from retarded cam timing

The trap nut in the cambelt tensioner had fallen out and was happily sitting next to the toothed cambelt idler !

The plastic front cover was the ONLY thing from stopping the tensioner pulley from falling off !

Oh so lucky.... and I wish as much luck in this weeks Lotto draw

Note to ALL, check crank pulley secureing bolt is tight

and yes how my car hasnt eaten it self we dont know..

oh and i was never considering buying his car.. we just decided to tell more lies... ;D
