ANYONE KEEN FOR REGULAR MMC & CLUBSUB MEETS

Just a thought, wandering if anyone would be keen to have regular mmc & clubsub meets maybe in the summer weekends... saturday afternoon in okawa bay or something.. or maybe just a one off..

iv seen them on the old performance car series, they did an interview with them on tamaki drive, theyre exactly the same as club sub..

I used to be apart of it, then left for MSport because MMC got out of hand.

Andddd you do know Subies + Misti's = rage. There is a thread about club vs club competitions, maybe post some ideas in there?

I didnt even know MMC still existed lol, msport definitely a good club.

Well when I joined it was pretty much all boy racer'ish (same can be said about most car clubs though), so I left and found MSPORT - they were a nice bunch but mostly based down south. That said, this was a long time ago and things may have changed in both clubs... For better or for worse.

I can only see this ending in a big pile of fail. Would end up being a giant 'my auto-peen is bigger than yours' session.

I think the original idea with competing verse other clubs is a good idea and will probably generally create a better relationship between the clubs rather than just 'having a meet' with them.

im apart of MMC been with them for over 5 years now

the good old days when everyone had one thing in common ( a car ) it wasnt bad as a meet i remember they used to meet up at the dressmart tawa carpark.

Not keen for meet up with them even tho most of my friends own evo's.

reason being it only takes one to ruin it for the rest.

As all of the above - car clubs have events as factions. Not meet up and talk smack down at quay st together friday and saturday nights.

I am a member of MMC as I have had a few mitsi's before my Subaru. What I can say is that they are alot more grown up and mature than alot of you on here. They do have their "spec c" type though, as with any car club or forum. I can't remember a time when anyone there has openly bagged on subarus. At the end of the day they are into cars and mitsubishis happen to be their flavour of car.

And no one has openly bagged on a mitsi here

I just don't want an racing to take part on the st that has anything to do with the club.
