Handy with cutting tough plastic?

Just wondering if there's anyone here or a place that have some more special tools than cutters to cut a certain shape out of some tough plastic? The plastic being the covers that hide the rear strut brace mounts in the back of a WRX wagon?

Would like mine cut out so they will fit with my rear strut brace.

its easily done with a hacksaw....

not that much needs to come out but once done you cant use the parcel tray/cover thingy..

unless you modd new mounting points for it as it them bits you need to cut off.

i done this to my gf8 beg-mid last year.

for this kinda stuff i us a hole saw to get a nice shape

a sharp knife blade when heated with a flame seems to do a good job. Kinda smooths off the edges as it cuts. Otherwise as gtlegacy said, if you can take the ends off the brace, and it leaves just a rod (so you can feed it through the holes)... a holesaw through the plastic and some rubber trim to finish it off would look mint.

hole saw for round and or angle grinder to cut square...

to cut funny shapes id use a jig saw....

I cut plastic as a job but not this kind nor would i be any good at this kind haha

i would go with a fine saw like a gib saw style thing an just drill holes ectyo might wana mark out exactly where you want it b4 u do it measure twice cut onces an all
