uh; yeah; there are a couple different types of waterpumps, 3 inlet, 2 inlet etc.

Myself; I would have bought genuine; they don't screw up the part neded; unless- you did buy genuine; then I would say your parts boy is a twat.

3 outlet for manual turbo with oil cooler mondine, 2 outlet for auto turbo, guessing that new one is for an NA.

Old one may not be that old its gmb. When was belt done and does it feel fine?

How many kms has it done? I wouldn't, my original pumps shaft started leaking at about 120-130thou. If you can't wait aftermarket pumps are under $100 through BNT etc.

**** I can't even reuse the old one because I need a line to the oil cooler. Engine has come out of an auto. Bnt it is. Also gonna have to find a line to run to the cooler.

Just delete cooler and bung modine block port.

What is the denso air bypass valve used for?

It was connected to crankcase breather to intake on TT setup.

I might have some a little spare cash soon and was looking at one of these for my 98 2.5 legacy:

Works out to be $170 including shipping.

Any idea how on loud over stock? will it drone much? The car is a DD and family wagon so wanting \something better sounding than stock but not too loud. Im assuming from what I have researched on line that they are a good brand.

This is going to sound mean but turbo cars dont drone half as bad as non turbo cars think honda so you dont want too big a tip.

Really not too sure how big is too big for the tip. They say its 113mm at the tip, will measure the stock one to see how much bigger it is. Now just have to get it past the misses.

(just noticed they said for BG, but have the years as 98 -03 Im guessing they mean BH, will double check before I buy though)

The abv I was talking about. Is it used as some sort of blow of valve? I was wrong in what it connects to. Secondary turbo outlet to intake pipe with a vac line to bbod.

4 and a half inches pretty much for 113mm

Should a seated injector allow for movement? Should it be possible to slightly rotate the injector in the rail? Not right around 180, but just a bit of movement if I was to push it,

Yep freaked me out too. Just put new seals in and its no tighter.

Secondary relief valve, pretty much just a BOV/bypass valve for the secondary turbo:

Did my rocker gaskets and theres a fair bit of oil on my headers.

Should I clean it off or just wait for it to burn off?

Give it a blast with degreaser then hose it off. It'll stink burning off and worse case scenario is it catching fire.
