twin turbo intercooler kit

Hello has any1 seen this on trademe? http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=215871117 i have a 97 bg5 wagon was wondering if its cheap knock crap or worth getting? would value your opinions

its strange how it dosnt go right to the turbo, but uses the topmount intercooler to turbo joiners.

looks like a normal style trademe intercooler kit, will probly be ok.

I would seriously not bother with an FMIC till way down the line with the twin turbo.

this will make the pressured air travel for a much longer distance... will it cause a bit more lag?

I would imagine it would be laggy as hell. Probably make VOD worse too.

that could be interesting, coz ull be trying to pressureise the system with only the single turbo untill the seconday comes in.

i know someone that sells scarles stuff. I wonder if he can get any better prices on that kit.

Scarles stuff seems to be pretty good considering the price. Pity i dont want front mount, or it'd get one of their GC8 kits.

Shred Industries in Wellington stock Scarles kits and I have actually just talked to them about getting one of these kits. If it goes ahead I will post up opinions for you.

Just set up a water sprayer for your top mount. As has been mentioned, don't expect huge power from a TT with only minor mods. And with big mods expect to give up an arm, a leg and, your right nut.

Did mine years ago, right to the turbos tho. No extra lag at all, actually once moving it was better than before but I did go for a smaller cooler than the normal one that comes with these kits.

and? im just letting everyone that cant get it for cheaper, and was going to buy it off trademe know that they are available cheaper. Saving money, is saving money after all.

I'd be interested to see how much lag one would create on the TT system too... i can just imagine VOD getting longer.

ooh yay more vod how awesome. not sure how this and a sequential controller would be more beneficial than a top mount ive got a sequential controller and vod is greatly reduced i think this would be a step backwards unless youre going into higher hp and a different box and stephen ;D na just kidding
