thats mint! very tidy audio install too! would look way cool if the whole car was painted a satin black, take away a bit of the gloss and gain that 'jet-fighter' look

Thanks, I like gloss and it was "only" my surf hack and as it was went WAY overboard on the sounds install lol. I wanted to have a big system and still have room for my surf gear + be subtle and not in your face. I think it worked well. Was a fun car.

Nice Legacy man!! and loving that audio setup! very cool!

Thanks mate, it's for sale if you want it, drops right in perfectly to YOUR BH. ;) ;D The subs clear the seats, the custom frame holds the amps that sit in your spare tyre hole and the capacitor fits in the jack space. The system made 131db with an ipod, CD would probably up that a little more, 135db or so. Pretty good for what it is (nothing hardcore). The Subs are Phoenix Golds latest comp range capable of handling 1500+rms. I had 1 amp per sub, 1,000rms into each to feed them what they want. For sale if anyone is keen, can delivery to the lower North.

Thanks everyone else, great forum, great bunch of guys and great cars.

$2,000 for everything. Cost was obviously twice that, and then some.

Imported by me with around 50 hours playing time on all the gear ie: new.

The rear lights are sprayed using: "VHT Nite Shades" I swear by the stuff. I have a dozen cans at any one time. I do it to most of my cars. You can spray them off the car but I mask up on the car so I can stand back and make sure the colour isn't too dark or light while it's on the car, hard to do when it's off the car. Easier to eye it up. Takes like 30-45 minutes to mask it up properly. Works great, light shines through more than ample. Leave the reverse lights as they're obviously handy at night lol. The silver car of is around 10+ coats (1-1/2 cans). The black one was around 6 coats.

Cheers,

Carl

both cars look real nice man. love the sound install on the black one. Good thinking taking off the plates for the photo too :D

I just blocked them out in MS Paint lol There are photos on the net of my rides with them on, can't do much, if someone wants your/my/our cars they will get them or find where we live. They best bring an army if they plan on taking anything though. ;) Thanks for the kind words.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
