That's my next mission when the weather's sweet for a few hours - take off the bumper and spotlights and run ducting up through the inner guard..

Much of a mission? Just need a philips screwdriver, flathead and 8/10mm socket set - with a box of beers to one side?

haha yeh it wasnt to much of a mishion.i left the bumper on when i did it.the ducting was there whn i got the car but it wasnt hooked up.it was just sitting in the iner gaurd.so i just hooked it all up

Have a feeling I'll need to remove the bumper to squash the ducting around the FMIC piping..

Nahh well - hopefully it's a beau on Monday (AK anniversary)..

Sure it all helps.

Was thinking of taking out the lil bits under the bumper indicators, put in a little mesh and run ducting up. Probably not as worth it as doing it to an empty Foglight spot but it's something to occupy oneself with :)

Am currently on vacation back home.

Cars are damn expensive here. And Subarus have been rare in my hometown in the past and it probably still is.

There are quite a few nice ones around. Most probably imported straight from Japan as is with all the mods already done to them.

Good labour and mechanical knowledge of Subarus here is rather scarce..

Here is one I spotted today

thanks guys ;D yeah im stoked hey, first subie, first turbo, first sedan, first white car, first awd...lots of firsts with this one and im still giggling whenever the turbo spools up ;D

fortunately my crappy camera hides a lot of imperfections eg the front bumper and lip is beyond help and needs a respray, lots of little things to touch up. also the front is way too low and scrapes on any hard corner and bump.

for me the selling points were a $7k reciept for an engine rebuild with all the neccesary maintanence bits done including clutch...has only done 3000kms since! it has adjustable suspension , dont know what brand but going to have a look today when i try raise the fronts. also has only had 2 owners, first (since imported) had it for 3 months , then the previous owner has had it for 10 years. and the TE37s......yuss 8)

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
