I don't think I could drive that without being too scared I'd scrape the front lip to pieces.

its just trick photography.. its driven up close to a rise in the ground (a garage entrance in this case) to make it look like its 2mm off the ground

ah yeah it does look super flared

they are pumped but not as much as it looks in that pic, the spacers and brembos are going on soon so may need to bring them out a bit more
