but a couple of points you've missed imo.

weight wise they appear to be nearly equal.

a foz (traditionally) has WRX running gear not STI*

A GTB has STI running gear, not wrx*

* talking motor, and head profiles here = end game killerwasps.

same weight with different power is going to most likely net in the GTB's favour.

Both feel fairly quick but power delivery is different.

Also a lot of it could come down to driving.

Plus id suggest...like joker said....that the BG GTB would be a lot tireder than the Forester and probably be producing less power.
