Pictures and info released recently. Seems they\'ve gone to a fmic for the xt judging by the lack of bonnet scoop.

was looking at Mazda 3 turbos. They have tmic. But no bonnet scoop ?

Oh yeah? Maybe the same deal then. Latest mps does have bonnet scoop but yeah first ones don\'t.

New smiley face ones have a bonnet scoop.

Old ones (and the old 6MPS) ducted air to the IC from the main front grille air intake.

It probably worked OK but lacked a bit of wow factor in the showroom.

Interestingly, just read about the new Forry turbo in the latest NZ Autocar.

Subaru have lost the scoop and gone to under-bonnet ducting like those old Mazdas.

And the XT will sell for $65k !!!

foresters have never been pretty imo, the STI ones around 03-06 was an ok shape, the current 2014 shape is as bad an abomination as we\'ve seen in the forester range... has nothing to do with change ??? also the newish wrx / sti im quite found of.

I agree, not a fan of foresters at all. 3rd gen one looks good with a mesh grille, like the one on mighty car mods, and the previous shape is OK too, but just ok. First gen is ugly IMO, esp when lowered to the floor and with a fat exhaust and chromes!
