so I\'ve given these guys months to try and sort the issue and i\'ve now lost total patience and am outing them as utter **** to deal with.

had adjustable cam gears made for my race car and assembled some months ago, but the gears i got were not finished, rick / ichi had to re machine 3 of the 4 at a cost of about $180 (over what i paid kiwicams in full).

I spent some time discussing and describing the issue to them and said look if they would reimburse me $150 we would call it quits.

10\'s of calls later and as of this morning hes now claiming \'a bad line\' and refusing to answer the phone.

Im calling this ***t a cheating ***t, he could have accepted the fault and agreed to resolve it and i would have sung his praises for being great to deal with. no thats not the case and so i take it as my business to potty mouth their brand name and business.

Do not use them.period. if there\'s details you think are missing in my story please ask and il fill them in.

How much to get them done? Less than $200 sounds like a bargain well obviously not if they dont work but.

kelford wouldn\'t make them for me when I asked them nor franklin cams, they didnt want to know.

I had the same problem with my cam gears after 100\'s of calls and turning up at his place still nothing he\'s really hard work to deal with

no i paid $330 originally, but then required the extra $180 work as they were not made to correct spec, ie out or alignment / balance and adjustment. basically useless.

If anyone wants cam gears done properly then I know a good engineer down here that does them right. But I agree Jon that\'s bull. They should have manned up.

Not the first story I have heard about them, a mates Evo build was held up for sometime for similar reasons until he just purchased new Cams elsewhere. Poor form.

Why didn\'t you get them to fix them, rather than get a third party to do so? Once you\'ve fucked with them, how are you ever going to prove they were fucked in the first place?

these are expensive though at 590 and only for single avcs exhaust only.

There are cheaper options which have the same reputation for quality, BC (brian crower) for example and half the cost. Though they are a bit limited on which cars they work on.
