It has fully forged internals rods crank pistons. less than 20,000 on the engine. current turbo is vf23. factory manifolds FMIC

yellow top injectors with sard FPR at 43.5 Psi.

Plan is to get new manifold with a GT3540 Turbo 272 cams heads worked further they\'re ported and polished.

Anything els i should look into? someone mentioned a coil upgrade could i get more info on that whats the best coils etc

tell me your ideas the main goal is street driven weapon.

Start by buying a G4. Sell the possumlink for monies and then build a set of mint heads to bolt to your short block if you need cams for how far you go. Your heads will be worth 2-300 odd along with turbo. 300kw atw will be a hell fast street car and obtainable with ID1000, G4, turbo and stock sti heads. You dont need a coil upgrade or you may depending on what car you have?

Have a read of some of the larger power builds on here coz what you are saying you want to do is one huge and very expensive step considering all you have of use is your shortblock and chassis really. :D

If you\'re doing up some heads, be a good chance to get a good port/polish done while it\'s apart, and some big cams 270-280 duration and big lift, not sure what is considered big in subaru\'s but sr20\'s but off memory I think it was something like 11.5-12.5mm for big power cams.

It\'s all in the heads so go nuts with them since the blocks strong enough.

Get a twisted set up built with a t3 flange and a decent gate then going massive with turbo later is easy. Convert to top feeds for ID1000 or decaps, V3/4 sti heads make 300kw+ stock Idk on earlier heads but port and polish always helps, walbro will get you there further might need more pump but can get bigger in tank options. 5sp will may live but 6sp for awesomeness.

Whatever you do just build it so a bigger turbo or more boost is all you need.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
