Court dessicion of Brendan Pollock/Flat Four Specialist (F.F.Sltd)

Today at 11:45am at the Hawera District Court, Brendan Pollock of Flat Four Specialist (F.F.Sltd) was found in breach of a contractual agreement (sale of goods) he entered into with myself.

Brendan Pollock of Flat Four Specialist (F.F.Sltd) was also found in breach of the consumers guarantee act buy not delivering the goods purchased within a reasonable time frame.

Brendan Pollock of Flat Four Specialist (F.F.Sltd) has been ordered to pay to me full cost

Please guys be careful when dealing with Brendan Pollock of Flat Four Specialist (F.F.Sltd), many of you emailed me saying you were in the same situation. I suggest you file Court proceedings against him to!

Well yes phil is correct.

now with out stupid comments to my knowlodge there is 2 outstanding issues for me to resolve with 2 wellington members.

now if i have missed anyone please pm me.

we are hoping to resolve all issues but can not do this with out people notifying us. There are a few people who are involved with ffs but the buck stops here.

Im not looking for hairsay or rumours if there is anyone else with an unaddressed issue please pm us.

You know it annoys me how we get half a story here. From an outsider looking in all I\'m left is dribbles of information with a he said she said situation. How are we to make a non biased decision on the legitimacy of the trader if we don\'t have the full story?

Ill give you a call a bit later on mate. Another week gone and im still sitting here waiting. Got some of the parts that were in my car back. Which was HELPFUL but didn\'t resolve any issues. Have contacted him numerous times and keep being told he\'ll sort it, hell sort it. But doesnt get sorted. All I want is my money back for services and parts that were never provided so I can get my car back in the road!!!
