It’s my pleasure to announce the dates and events booked for the 2010 Megameet
This is the basic plan. Times will be added as organisers agree on the finer details.

Big thanks to Joker for organising the bookings




April 23rd  – 25th Schedule:

Thursday 22nd	Time TBC	Camp ground open for travelers
Friday 23rd	8:00am	Meet at Manfeild Park
	9:00am	Track Opens
		Track Briefing (Professional Driver training included)
	12:00pm	Lunch break, Photos on track
	4:00pm	Track Closes
		Cruise to accommodation at Camp Rangi Woods (70 beds)
		Dinner Provided by ClubSUB
Saturday 24th		Cruise + Photos
	11am	Tui Brewery Tour and BBQ LUNCH
		"Moto-khana" style event" open Spots TBC Limited places
		Party back at Camp
Sunday 25th		Clean Camp
		Depart

Could we put a link or sticky to the information and discussion threads in each of the main forums.  We should be advertising this hard out on the club site.

Went out to camp rangi woods today.  Got lost a bit but found it in the end.  Its not what i was expecting, its better!  Friggin sweet digs.
Didnt get to go in the rooms as there was a school group there but took a few photos and got a few weird looks.
