In reality, "wun" isn't even txt speak, just dumbass speak for those that want to spell half their sentences incorrectly in a half-assed attempt at being l33t.

It looks stupid, it makes the questions appear even stupider and turns away anyone that would normally answer with a decent reply. Sometimes people just need to be told, just like those who TYPE ALL IN CAPS ;D

afaik the beemer HAS a perspex bonnet but a quick google will let ya know fo' sho' only - they get hot around exhausts & discolour quick

Make a carbon one...sorry wun...get the cheapest e-glass you can find, get like 800g cloth that way you only have to do a few layers...use black resin, then finish it with Carbon Twill, most rolls are 1270mm wide, so good luck finding one wide enough to do the bonnet otherwise you can get special scissors so you can't see the join.

the painting of the engine bay would be the way to go. cause you wouldnt need to wash the engine bay regularly. just the car. and you could have any engine you dream of having on the bonnet.

Subaru with jet engine in engine bay painted on bonnet. or make it look slow by painting a scooter motor in it.
