adjustable suspension becoming illegal

Was told from a friend (reliable i know :) that adjustables were becoming illegal for street use. and you cant/wont be able to get them certed. Any one in the know able to shed some light??

My friend was apparently informed by a cop.

ON ANOTHER NOTE -

when i was getting my exhaust fitted the guy was saying as of start of the year if you get your exhaust certed they wont do it unless you have a cat fitted.

Same as if you get green stickered for noise. Youll need to put a cat in.

Getting stupid now.

That was the 1 stop exhaust shop up 15th ave in TGA.
