seems to be highly recommended idea for the EJ but the prices for them seems crazy.

Perrin AOS

Heaps of negative reviews of the Perrin one due to crappy plastic fittings leaking. I’d lean towards Radium, IAG or Crawford before the Perrin one.

You can option alloy fittings for the Perrin one if you buy direct

I'm thinking of a custom one, copied from WRC, but still drains back to block and with vent to intake.

no water lines to make install easier, since it vents to intake the water should still stay as steam and get drawn out.

The Perrin AOS I have had on the car since March 2010.

No plastic fittings? No leaks.

In that case you’d be sweet then. Was a heap of whinging on NASIOC and LegacyGT.com about that issue with the plastic fittings
