Hi guys,

sorry for no updates - i'd left the thread intentionally to see what turned up.

The turbo has gone to steve murch and been inspected. He is this week putting together a report of the turbo's condition in a legal document report to send to me - Karl is 100% guilty if this gets to court. Hes repairing the turbo back to the spec it was supposed to be sent in at a cost of around $600.

It has massive end float and the compressor wheel has taken in some heavy debris bending half of the blade ends. so new bearings and seal kit and compressor wheel later should be fixed. We will pursue Karl for all costs of repair.

Ben-jamminn - i would really like to hear what he has to say after you talking to him. I'll be in touch via pm to see if we cant get a delivery / postal address so court papers can be served on him. We will take it to court to get him to pay up. (see turbo report above).

Divine - no course not there was no return address, he didn't want to be tracked down.

rex-leggy/ ODB - see what comes of a delivery address and we will go from there.

subieboy / wrxlou et al. - thanks for support and bumping thread, think we are making progress. Shred dont know the guy at all.
