stuck nuts.. (not those kind you sad fockers)

So swapping out my rear lower arms, i can get the long bolt out of the hub side

but both sets of nuts/bolts holding the lateral arms on the subframe are FARKING tight. Ive got the back ones off that carry the swaybar link, but the front two right up next to the fuel tank i just cant get off have semi ringed them which doesn't help my cause.

Haven't yet tried heating them up but will try that soon as well..

:)spray six cans of crc, leave overnight - then get someone else to undo them...... ps female answer here lol

its due a warrant anyway - so im sulking and sending it to MacBuilt to have then removed and the new front ones fitted - and an allignment.
