Cops in Welly have a lot of easy targets to keep them busy... saw a massively slammed Civic get pulled over the other day... was Green stickered, not like they make it hard for the cops. Go cruising on a Thursday night in town, any car that looks halfway decent gets left alone as there's loads of extremely shit Civics, old Evos and crappy Nissans to keep the boys in blue busy.

I always thought Hella was a brand of superbright lights and other automotive electrical parts and accessories....

I suppose it's an oxymoron "Hellaflush" hella= Heaps (or whatever in excess i suppose) and flush is sitting level (or just right or whatever) so excess of just right is...

Normaly having the tyre so close to the guard a credit card just fits in there is hella flush- and having stretched tyres and more camber to be able to achieve it
