stock colour, is quite purply in some lights tho :)

Yeah looks a bit purple aye, Its one of those colors that i look at it and I'm not sure if i love it or hate it on Subis. I don't know why just cant make up my mind.

Theres a Sedan in Palmy same color and its immaculate but something about it bugs me.

Been a good few days over the break;

The 89 RS has had the drivers side out CV boot replaced, oil & filter change and a couple of local cruises just for fun. 8)

The 91 GT has had the new tires (Dunlop Direzza Z1S Starspec) put on for a bit of a test drive ;) followed by dash cluster change removing the auto and replacing with manual dash and integrating a 240 km/h speedo and followed today with a new clutch and turbo change. The third VF8, will see how long this one lasts, but not counting on very long based on my past experiences. Looking for a VF23, VF28 or TD05. 8) Also had a couple of local cruises with the 91.

Thanks to DCVR, Steve, Hamish & Rob for their help today.

Getting things ticked off the list ... two more biggish things to go ... front mount and G3 Link install. The rest of my list is smaller items such as gauges etc. :D

I've started Operation Wire Up, Starting with the intake manifold. I'm going to be completely rewiring the thing for my Link install. Replacing all the factory wiring, only using the factory plugs are they are hard to find replacement that doesn't cost the world.

Found some hair line fractures on the top of my short block by the water manifold in the RS... Talk about FARK me off!!! After all the hard work ive done then find that!! Was gona fire it up as soon as my walbro filter sock turned up on the courier from PRO WHOLESALE but ahh naa!! New block time i think... uck it all... more $$$$

Hopefully that VF8 should last for another event. At which i should have my VF28 off and ready to be sold. Good to see that the clutch change went smoothly. Did you take the engine out like previous said?

Engine out. Still might need the VF28 by then. Me and VF8's just don't get on. Manfield 4th Feb, will see if this on lasts.

Good luck with the wiring challenge, when your done pop over and do the GT too :P;)

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
